Ordering & Delivery Information
You may order though our secure online ordering, via email, via US mail or by phone. We ship US Mail for most orders. Large items and packages are shipped UPS. Please provide an address for both USPS and UPS mailing, if different. Please call if special instructions needed to deliver your order. Orders shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment. See shipping rates below.
Swatches for any fabrics, up to 5 selections, may be sent upon receipt of your request by mail with SASE and $2.00 for handling included.
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If unsatisfied with any item, for any reason, you may return it for a replacement or refund, your choice. Call us and we will send a UPS pick-up label, post paid, for your returned item. Please state the reason for the return so that we can improve our service.
